Last week I didn’t meal plan and well… we ate out too much! It was a crazy week and sometimes you just have to give yourself grace! This week is super simple, nothing extra special. I’m excited to have a plan though!
I’m fixing dinner right now and thought I would share our menu again!
Breakfast & Lunch
I pulled out frozen loaf of pumpkin bread to eat a slice each morning! I love this healthy pumpkin bread recipe that has no added refined sugar!
For lunch, we typically just eat leftovers! That’s the plan for this week.
Dinner

Cheesy Gordita Crunch Tacos
Flavorful, soft, and crunchy all in one bite! We love these and they are almost like a comfort food. Super easy too!
Salmon with Citrus Avocado Salsa and Potatoes
Soooo we never ended up making this a couple of weeks ago, but this is the week! It’s another Half Baked Harvest recipe I’m excited to try! Best part? Just one sheetpan!
Chicken Bacon Ranch Sliders
We just can’t quit these!!! About a month ago, Rachel from @chalkandcoffee posted the recipe for these sliders and mentioned they were husband approved! She wasn’t joking. They are delicious and reheat really well! We like for our food to have some spice/bite to it, so I buy Boar’s Head Blazing Buffalo Chicken Breast for the meat!
