Where to buy plants in Lubbock, Texas?! If you’ve read our home remodel posts, then you know when we bought in 2020, our landscaping was in dire need of a little TLC! After some trial and error, we quickly learned that shopping at local nurseries in Lubbock was the way to go!
The plants at local nurseries and garden centers in Lubbock survived planting, tended to be less root bound, and were actually meant to be grown in our growing zone! Another perk of buying at a local nursery is the fact that they have knowledge about what they are selling!

Family owned and operated, Mary Lee Gardens has what you need for each season! They have a plentiful stock of everything from flowers, vegetables, shrubs, to trees, and gorgeous pots. If you haven’t shopped at Ivey Gardens, then you are in for a treat! Their massive greenhouse features homegrown plants that are absolutely stunning.
